New Custom Homes

Our custom home building program takes a "total solution" approach and has three key phases:

  1. Land Acquisition
  2. Design Services
  3. Construction Management

You can choose one, several or all of these services. For example, you may already have a building lot and simply need our services to design and build your home. We also will work with your own architect in a traditional bid/build relationship.

If you feel our total solution - all three steps - is a good fit, then please take a moment to read our overview of the entire process. We are pleased to develop a formal bid that outlines your entire project. Please contact us to discuss your vision.

Land Acquisition

If you do not own the location of your future home, our in-house real estate brokerage is ready to help. As experts in infill and development land acquisitions, we have a proven system to locate, qualify and acquire a build location in the neighborhood of your choice.

Design Services

This is where your original design schematics are devised, site planning is conducted with engineering, and entitlements for construction are secured by our development manager. The design process breaks down into these four areas:

Architectural Design
Our architectural designers are LEED accredited professionals. Scope of this service consists of:

  • Initial Study (IS)
  • Schematic Design (SD)
  • Design Development (DD)
  • Construction Documentation (CD)

Land Planning & Development
We have jurisdictional experience across the metro region and are able to manage projects from the coast to Mt. Hood.

Interior Design
Our interior designers use the most exciting and cutting edge products available in the marketplace. We work directly with local and regional vendors who are trying to make a difference in the way building products are manufactured and used. Interior design work breaks into two areas of service:

  • Product research and selection
  • Custom design themes and color schemes

Construction Management

Project administration is conducted with the highest level of quality assurance. This phase provides:

  • Onsite construction administration
  • Material purchasing
  • Labor coordination
  • Cost control
  • Quality assurance
