Prairie View Homes, LLC is a craft home builder focusing exclusively on high performance, green construction based on the building science methodology.

We build custom homes for any lifestyle, and offer a comprehensive suite of client services supporting all phases of the design-build process. Our original homes deliver economic longevity and outstanding performance both in cost of ownership and energy conservation. We offer superior customer service and project management - the highest degree of customer satisfaction is our Job #1.

Our architectural designers are LEED accredited professionals, and our interior designers use the most exciting and cutting edge products available in the marketplace. We work directly with local and regional vendors who are trying to make a difference in the way building products are manufactured and used.

Project administration is conducted with the highest level of quality assurance. Our jobsites are clean, safe and secure. Our Warranty Services department provides complete photo documentation during the construction process, and customer service during the warranty administration phase is prompt, tidy and courteous.
